Δ The machines have assimilated advanced American and Japanese technology and manufacturing standard ,and ANSYS and NANSTRAN finite element analysis are adopted on critical parts, improving and optimizing overall machine structure.
Δ With the adoption of four-guide rails in the machine , the machines have outstanding rigidity and stability .main parts are made of Meehanite casting iron with excellent heat treatment and the material is in stable state and not deforming,hard guide rail are treated with ultrasonic frequency quenching and precise grinding. upper surface guide rails are covered with wear-resistant material for long-term stable accuracy,also Linear Rails optional for high speed high precision machining..
Δ The particular design inverted Y (arch) shape column and servo motor set backward on Y axis have built up top rigidity and convenient operation.
Δ The transmission of triple axes have adopted C3 grade precise ball screw. The positioning accuracy of machine is ensured with laser-based measuring ,bar ball test and μ class bidirectional pitch compensation.
Δ High speed precise spindle is driven by high speed silencing belt with gear,secondary dynamic balance is done on spindle ,high rotary accuracy with low vibration ,so that can be high quality surface processing;
Δ German/Italy two speed spindle gearbox and Taiwan two-speed inner-gear spindle gear box are optional, to enhance spindle cutting torque for heavy cutting.
Δ The machine can be equipped with multi-axial boring.drilling & tapping spindle box to achieve effective processing with multi-tools and multi-spindle, which reflect innovative integration of machining center and combined machines with advanced technology.

A: MOQ is one set, and warranty is one year.

3.When is the delivery time?
A: Conventional Machines,We will delivery then within 20 working days after received your deposit,if some special machines will be some longer.we will give you the answer accordingly.

A: The machines standard export package packed by iron pallets with plastic films. Others packing methods also available.
